Clean, seal & restore!

    Sunburst has been cleaning and restoring decks for over 20 years. Wood decks need to be cleaned and waterproofed and we recommend that if you want your deck to remain new looking you clean and seal it each year. Wolmanized wood is not waterproof. (unless you bought a brand of wolmanized wood that applied a waterproof coating at the factory which wears off after a year anyway) Waterproofing helps prevent water from penetrating the wood and warping and splitting the wood. Even if you keep your deck clean and waterproofed the hand rail cap that gets the most exposure may need to be replaced every few years.

    Sunburst uses a eight step process to clean, restore & waterproof your deck. Rinse, apply Wolman deck brightener (made by the Wolmanized people), scrub, let sit, rinse, high pressure clean @ 3500lbs, let dry, and then waterproof.
