    What is a roof raise? The best way to describe it is to look to the right. Then look at the two pictures below! Why would you raise the roof? There are a number of reasons why a roof raise would be your best or perhaps your only option.
1. If you had a real need for space but did not want to move.
2. If your property did not have the room to add an addition.
3. If you wanted to gain the most space at the lowest cost.
