There are a number of online purchase options listed below. If you hire me in advance for one of my pool deck options you will receive a bonus package worth $400.00. Option # 1 & option #2. Here's what you get.
1. The top hand rail cap gets the most sun and weather exposure. We will sand it smooth and apply two water sealant to the cap.
2. The entire treated wood floor will also be waterproofed.
3. We will draw and supply you with a detailed construction plan for you to take to your city. Total above has a $400.00 value!

10' X 12' treated pool deck including spindle rails, stairs, locking gate, completely installed. Sketch provided, you obtain and pay for permit if required. Lattice and rocks under the deck optional.

Pool deck option #2. $3495.00 total.
10' X 12' treated pool deck including spindle rails, stairs, locking gate, completely installed. Sketch provided, you obtain and pay for permit if required. Lattice and rocks (with plastic) under the deck included.

Pool deck option #3. Finish it yourself & save $500.00. $2495.00 total.

Materials provided. You will need to build & install the hand rails (elevated 4X4's provided), spindles, floor boards, gate, and stairs.

Pool deck option #4. I'll just do the hard part. $1495.00 total.
10' X 12' treated pool deck partial frame. Dig holes, set 4X4's, 2X6 outside frame at the proper height about 4" below bottom of cap. You complete the deck supplying all the materials. Joists, beams, rails, spindles, stairs, gate, etc.
