This guy knows his stuff and he's not afraid to tell you how it really is. I had some ideas for my deck that when explained would not work and Lloyd explained why. I'm sure that Lloyd gave me the best value for my money. Lloyd not only actually showed up on time for his FIRST appointment, but was early. He also gave us a start date and was done in two days. When we bought our pool it was a bit scary spending $5000 for the pool and another $5000 for a deck to get in. Lloyd advised us the best place for the pool, suggested we have the pool company install two water valves (so we can shut off the water flow from both directions) and where to place the skimmer so it wouldn't be in the way on the deck. Then when Lloyd got here he even fixed a pool valve leak (even though he had nothing to do with the pool) before he covered the pump with a deck. The best thing was that Lloyd told us weeks in advance that he would start or deck the days after the pool was installed and he actually did. Thanks again Lloyd! Susan R.
I was surprised when Lloyd said that he was the person who will be building my deck with a helper. I couldn't believe how fast he was and the attention to detail he gave us. He routed the board edges and actually sanded the hand rail cap edges so it would be smooth for my kids. His suggestion to install a gate that he made to look like a continuation of the handrail was perfect and I didn't even think of it. He truely build his decks like he would for himself.
